Camila has a law degree from Universidad del Rosario with a specialization in private law and a mention in management. She is currently pursuing a specialization in financial law at Universidad del Rosario. She has advised local and international clients in financial, corporate, contractual and compliance law.
EXPERIENCE
- She has worked at a local firm of corporate, contractual, and financial law. She has provided guidance to securities issuers on regulatory matters related to market disclosure. She has assisted companies in implementing Self-Control and Risk Management System for Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorist Financing, and Financing the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (referred in Colombia by its acronym "Sagrilaft"). She completed her academic internship in the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice of Colombia. She has served as an academic monitor in corporate law and individual labor law at the Universidad del Rosario. She was a member of the Ethics and Transparency Clinic at the Universidad del Rosario.
